Despite the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions continued to scale, achieving a revenue Compound Annual Growth Rate of nearly 40%. Its shareholders initiated a formal sale process seeking a suited strategic investor able to accelerate its growth trajectory. HGS emerged as a strong fit, looking to expand its global reach with an acquisition opportunity in Australia and New Zealand.
