Founded in 2017 by Brian Jones, VA Platinum had grown to serving more than 350 clients and has over 700 revenue-generating employees, supported by an operations team of approximately 100 professionals, across its delivery operations in Cebu and Davao, Philippines. The business was ready to transition to a new owner that could combine its Australian market expertise with the scale and capabilities of a global organization. Fusion CX emerged as a highly aligned buyer wishing to establish presence in Australia and add specialized staffing and managed workforce capabilities to its portfolio. It also expanded Fusion CX’s service portfolio across finance and accounting BPO, mortgage and real estate BPO, and specialized professional support services, complementing its existing customer experience and business process outsourcing capabilities.

This included preparing the information memorandum, marketing the business, identifying the most suitable buyer, managing due diligence, and assisting with Share Sale Agreement negotiation and completion.
