About our client

AiRE specialised in AI-driven lead identification and nurture solutions for the real estate industry. At the time of the transaction more than 4,000 real estate agents in Australia and New Zealand were using the company’s digital lead generation and nurturing assistant, ‘RiTA’, which allows professionals to grow their businesses through hyper-personalised conversations.

About the buyer

CoreLogic (now known as Cotality) is a US-based provider of property information, analytics, data-enabled software platforms and services for the real estate sector.

The transaction

AiRE was seeking a new owner to expand its market reach, access additional resources and accelerate enhancements to RiTA’s functionality. CoreLogic, with its expanding suite of real estate solutions including its new lead generation tools and digital proposal solutions, was looking for complementary technologies to strengthen its offering.

CoreLogic emerged as the ideal strategic home for AiRE. The acquisition enables CoreLogic’s real estate partners to better identify and act on high value leads while at the same time streamlining business performance through data, technology and the advanced capabilities of machine learning and AI.
